RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC

At Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC, every order is carefully prepared with attention to quality and detail. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, while also maintaining the standards necessary for our custom and luxury hair products.

By placing an order with Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy.

1. 14-DAY RETURN POLICY

Eligible standard, non-custom items may be returned within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

The 14-day return period begins on the date the shipping carrier confirms delivery.

Customers must contact Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC within the 14-day return window to request a return authorization.

Returns requested after 14 calendar days are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. FREE RETURN SHIPPING

For eligible returns approved within the 14-day return period, Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC will provide free return shipping.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

Customers should use the return shipping method and label provided by Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC.

Unauthorized return shipments may not qualify for reimbursement.

3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • Free from makeup, perfume, oils, smoke, odors, or other contaminants
  • Free from alterations or modifications
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and included accessories when applicable
  • Returned within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery

Hair products must NOT have been:

  • Installed
  • Cut
  • Colored
  • Bleached
  • Washed
  • Chemically processed
  • Heat damaged
  • Altered
  • Styled in a way that changes the original condition
  • Worn or used

For wigs, the lace must remain uncut and the wig must not have been glued, taped, sewn down, or installed.

For hair extensions, bundles, wefts, closures, frontals, and similar products, the hair must remain unused and in its original condition.

4. CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Custom and personalized products are FINAL SALE.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom wigs
  • Custom-colored wigs
  • Custom-length wigs
  • Custom-density wigs
  • Custom cap sizes
  • Braided wigs
  • Customized braided styles
  • Customized hair extensions
  • Special-order hair
  • Personalized products
  • Added embellishments or accessories
  • Other products specifically modified or created for the customer

Because these products are created specifically according to the customer’s selections, they are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once production has begun, except where required by applicable law or in cases where Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC determines that the product was defective or made incorrectly.

5. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled.

If a cancellation is approved before production begins, applicable non-refundable processing or service fees may be deducted from the refund.

6. EXCHANGES

Eligible standard products may qualify for an exchange if the item meets all return requirements and the exchange request is submitted within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Custom and personalized products are not eligible for exchanges due to changes in preference, sizing, color, length, texture, density, or customization selections.

7. REFUNDS

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC will determine whether the item meets the return requirements.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your financial institution additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Approved eligible returns receive free return shipping.

8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs
  • Video when requested
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label if applicable

Do not install, wash, color, cut, alter, or otherwise use the item before contacting us.

If the issue is determined to be the result of an error on our part, Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC may provide a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Return shipping for an item confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent by Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC will be provided at no cost to the customer.

9. WRONG SIZE OR CUSTOMER-PROVIDED INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, selections, and customization information.

A custom product made according to the measurements or specifications provided by the customer is not eligible for a return solely because the customer later determines that a different size, color, length, density, texture, or style was preferred.

10. SALE & FINAL-SALE ITEMS

Items specifically marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Promotional discounts do not automatically make an item final sale unless the product listing or promotion specifically states that it is final sale.

11. RETURN INSPECTION

All returned products are inspected upon receipt.

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet the requirements of this policy, Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC reserves the right to deny the return and refund.

If a return is denied, the customer may be responsible for the cost of having the item shipped back to them.

12. RETURN PROCESS

To request a return:

Step 1: Contact Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for the return.

Step 3: Wait for return approval and shipping instructions.

Step 4: Use the provided return shipping label.

Step 5: Return the product in its original condition and packaging.

Step 6: Once received, the item will be inspected.

Step 7: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

13. PROCESSING & TURNAROUND TIMES

Our standard processing timeframe is:

1–3 weeks

Processing and production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Custom products may require additional time depending on the complexity of the order and customization requested.

14. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, measurements, customization options, processing times, and policies before placing an order.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they understand and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By placing an order with Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC, you acknowledge that:

  • Eligible standard items may be returned within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
  • Free return shipping is provided for approved eligible returns.
  • Returned products must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition.
  • Custom and personalized products are final sale once production begins.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Processing/production time is 1–3 weeks and is separate from shipping transit time.

Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC reserves the right to enforce this policy consistently for all customers, subject to applicable law.
