SHIPPING POLICY

At Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC, every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your purchase arrives beautifully and securely. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
1. PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMES
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, create, customize, and package your order before it is shipped.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom wigs, braided wigs, customized hair extensions, and other personalized products typically require:
1–3 weeks for production and processing
Production begins once payment has been received and all required customization details, measurements, and information have been provided.
Standard & Ready-to-Ship Products
Standard or ready-to-ship products typically require:
1–3 weeks for processing
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Please note: Processing/production time is separate from shipping transit time.
2. SHIPPING METHODS
Available shipping methods and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your destination and the shipping service selected.
If expedited or overnight shipping is available, purchasing expedited shipping does not automatically reduce the 1–3 week production/processing time unless rush processing has also been purchased and confirmed.
3. RUSH ORDERS
Rush processing may be available for select products.
A rush order must be approved and confirmed by Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC before production is considered expedited.
Rush processing fees are separate from shipping fees.
Purchasing expedited shipping does not guarantee expedited production.
Rush fees are non-refundable once production has begun.
4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
5. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please verify your name, street address, apartment/unit number, city, state, and ZIP code before completing your purchase.
Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.
6. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC is not responsible for carrier-related delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues outside of our control.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, or building management.
7. SHIPPING DELAYS
Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, high shipping volume, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Carrier delays do not qualify an order for a refund when the order has been properly processed and shipped.
8. PACKAGE INSPECTION
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If your package appears damaged, photograph the package and shipping label before opening it.
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and/or video when requested.
Do not install, wash, color, cut, or otherwise alter the product before contacting us regarding an issue.
9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping may be available for select destinations.
International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international authorities.
10. COMBINED ORDERS
If an order contains multiple products with different processing requirements, the order may ship together once all products are completed.
The longest applicable processing time may therefore apply to the entire order.
Customers who would like items shipped separately may contact us regarding available options and additional shipping charges.
11. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout unless a shipping promotion or shipping-inclusive offer applies.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable once an order has shipped.
12. IMPORTANT TURNAROUND REMINDER
Please plan accordingly when ordering for birthdays, vacations, weddings, special events, holidays, or other important occasions.
All orders: 1–3 weeks processing/production + shipping transit time
Your shipping time begins after your order has completed processing and has been shipped.
We recommend ordering in advance for time-sensitive events.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand the difference between processing/production time and shipping transit time and agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
