Welcome to Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC. By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using our website or purchasing from Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC offers wigs, braided wigs, hair extensions, custom hair products, and related beauty products and services.
Some products are handmade, customized, or made-to-order. Because of the personalized nature of these products, specifications may vary slightly from product images or examples.
Natural hair may naturally vary in texture, density, color, wave pattern, and overall appearance.
3. CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders may include:
- Custom wigs
- Braided wigs
- Custom colors
- Custom lengths
- Custom densities
- Cap sizes
- Braid sizes and styles
- Embellishments
- Customized hair extensions
- Special requests
Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization selections before submitting payment.
Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded except where required by applicable law or when the Company determines that an exception is appropriate.
4. CUSTOMER INFORMATION & MEASUREMENTS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required to complete their order.
This may include measurements, cap size, hair length, color, texture, density, style selections, shipping information, and other customization details.
Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC is not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
5. ORDER PROCESSING
Our standard processing timeframe is:
1–3 weeks
Processing time begins after payment has been received and all required information for the order has been provided.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Orders may require additional processing time during holidays, promotions, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside of our control.
6. PAYMENTS
Full payment must be received before an order is processed or production begins unless an alternative payment arrangement has been approved by Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC.
Prices, product availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been accepted, the order may immediately enter processing or production.
7. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Customers should carefully review their order before submitting payment.
Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted as soon as possible and before production begins.
Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Additional charges may apply to approved changes.
8. SHIPPING
Shipping is separate from processing and production time.
After an order has completed processing, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout or otherwise agreed upon.
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside the Company’s control.

9. RUSH ORDERS
Rush processing may be available for select products.
Rush processing must be approved by Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC before it is considered part of the order.
A rush processing fee is separate from shipping charges.
Purchasing expedited shipping does not automatically expedite production.
Rush fees are non-refundable once production has begun.
10. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom and personalized products are generally final sale once production begins.
Eligible standard products must meet all return requirements outlined in the Return & Refund Policy.
Products that have been worn, installed, altered, washed, colored, bleached, cut, chemically processed, or otherwise used may not be eligible for return or exchange.
11. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Customers must inspect their order promptly upon delivery.
Any damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be reported within the timeframe specified in our Return & Refund Policy.
Photographs and/or video may be required to evaluate the issue.
Customers should not alter, install, wash, color, cut, or otherwise use the product before reporting an issue.
12. PRODUCT CARE & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for properly caring for and maintaining their hair products.
Damage caused by improper installation, excessive heat, chemicals, coloring, bleaching, improper washing, improper storage, neglect, or other misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Professional installation or styling is recommended when appropriate.
13. PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Because hair is a natural product and many of our products are handmade or customized, slight variations may occur.
Color may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, monitor settings, and individual device displays.
Such variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content belonging to Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC, including our name, logo, photographs, product images, graphics, written content, designs, videos, slogans, and other original materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially use our content without written permission.
15. WEBSITE USE
Customers agree not to use our website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
You may not attempt to interfere with website security, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, copy website content, or otherwise disrupt our website or services.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use third-party companies for payment processing, shipping, website hosting, marketing, analytics, communications, and other services.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC is not responsible for policies or practices independently controlled by third-party providers.
17. WEBSITE INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, pricing, inventory, images, and other website information accurate.
However, errors may occasionally occur.
Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC reserves the right to correct errors, update information, modify pricing, or cancel an order affected by an obvious website or pricing error.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from the use of our website, products, services, or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the State of Louisiana, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on our website and become effective when published unless otherwise stated.
21. SEVERABILITY
If any portion of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
22. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By placing an order with Gorgeously Crafted Hair LLC, you confirm that:
- You have reviewed your order and customization selections.
- The information and measurements you provided are accurate.
- You understand the 1–3 week processing/production timeframe.
- You understand that processing time is separate from shipping time.
- You understand that custom orders are final sale once production begins.
- You have reviewed our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
- You agree to these Terms & Conditions.
